Terry provides specialist regulatory and compliance advice to payments and e-money firms. He has extensive experience with the regulatory application process alongside ongoing FCA supervision in the sector.
He has over fifteen years’ financial services experience, including 14 years at the FCA. During his time at the regulator, Terry worked on the UK implementation of PSD2, various authorisation applications and the open banking implementation.
Terry graduated with a BSC (Hons) degree in Business Studies and Geography.
