Sylvaine helps clients manage their market abuse risks and overall regulatory requirements. She has over 16 years’ experience in financial services.
Before joining Bovill Newgate, Sylvaine worked in E-Trading risk management at Citigroup overseeing the smooth functioning of Futures and Commodities trading algorithms from a risk perspective. Prior to this, she worked for eight years at the FCA in Enforcement & Market Oversight and Supervision roles. Sylvaine’s areas of focus included insider dealing, market manipulation and supervising a systemically important commodity broker. She was also at BNP Paribas for eight years, focusing on risk management of hedge funds and exotic transactions.
Sylvaine holds a Masters’ degree from ESSEC Business School, Paris.
