Polly helps to run the Bovill Newgate business. She’s been integral to the company’s growth journey since joining in 2013, having developed our unique brand, built the marketing function, and set the business development strategy while we branched out internationally.
Since we joined the Ocorian Group in 2024, she has taken responsibility for articulating and delivering our strategy and making sure we operate efficiently so that our consultants can do what they do best.
