Noma has considerable knowledge and expertise in financial services risk and regulation, advising clients in relation to prudential regulation and risk and treasury management.
She has worked with a range of firms including banks and investment firms (in the UK and across Europe); managing the delivery of regulatory projects such as application and compliance of regulatory requirements; supporting development or independent challenge of ICAAP, ILAAP, recovery plans and stress testing processes, risk and treasury management frameworks; providing assurance over regulatory reporting; and delivering client and internal regulatory training.
Before joining Bovill Newgate, Noma worked for several years within the prudential regulation and treasury teams at both PWC and Deloitte.
