NEWSLETTER: We hope you had enjoyable Thanksgiving celebrations. We’re now entering the final stretch before switching off for a well-earned Christmas break.
The new year also brings us a new SEC Chair, with Paul Atkins taking on the mantle. Well known for his pro-innovation stance – particularly in the world of cryptocurrencies, we’ll be keeping a close eye as his agenda and his priorities become clearer.
Regardless of what the future holds, getting a firm grasp of some of the core principles and expectations can pay dividends. The team set out what should be on your compliance checklist, and even if you’ve been around for a while, it’s worth checking it twice. Using your annual and quarterly reviews wisely are a great way to build on your successes and ultimately build a culture of compliance that stands the test of time.
