Alexis was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2017 and have regulatory compliance experiences.
Before joining Bovill Newgate, Alexis worked in several law firms in Hong Kong and was involved in handling SFC license applications, liaising with the HKEX/SFC on behalf of clients and providing ongoing compliance advisory for clients.
Alexis obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Renmin University of China, and her Juris Doctor (JD) degree as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
